HPV Vaccination

HPV vaccine prevents cancers caused by human papillomavirus. ACIP recommends vaccination starting at age 11-12, but it can be given as early as age 9.

• Prevents 6 cancers including cervical, throat, and anal cancers
• Two doses if started before age 15
• Three doses if started at age 15 or later

School Requirements
